Paces Ferry Realty Powers Up with Lasso to Serve Atlanta’s Growing Real Estate Demands
New technology that supports individual client service puts Paces Ferry Realty on top in the Atlanta market.

Atlanta, GA, Paces Ferry Realty LLC, Atlanta’s leading independently owned residential agency, announced its selection of Lasso Data Systems, Inc., for its companywide customer relationship management (CRM) software. Lasso Data Systems Inc., is a leading developer of ‘on-demand’ CRM software with custom-built software for the real estate industry, designed with extensive input from leading real estate developers and sales and marketing professionals. Paces Ferry Realty has entered into a multi-year licensing agreement with Lasso.

Cheri Riley, President and managing broker for Paces Ferry Realty, adds, “Choosing Lasso’s CRM software is an extension of our commitment to provide the absolute best customer service. Lasso provides our agent team with the cutting-edge strategic technology tools necessary to build deeper relationships with our clients and with both prospects and home buyers at our clients’ projects.”

“In Atlanta’s competitive and vibrant real estate market we are successful because of our forward thinking strategy. We continue to increase our competitive advantage by embracing the best technologies that free up our people to service clients, and efficiently connect buyers with sellers,” added Riley.”

Paces Ferry Realty, was established in February of 2006 in response to a market void for a locally owned and operated real estate brokerage dedicated to partnering with metro Atlanta’s premiere luxury builders and developers, as well as representing select resale properties. Riley, brings more than 20 years of residential broker and agent experience including more than $2 billion in sales generated directly under her supervision. “Atlanta is an exciting real estate market, that remains strong for home sales,” said Riley. “However, we also have large amounts of new inventory on the market from condominiums, to townhomes, and of course, estate homes. There was a void in the market for an agency that exclusively brought together agent teams that had the marketing skills to help builders and individual home sellers market their properties in this competitive environment. Each of our agents are selected because of their exceptional track record and market performance,” explained Riley. “This means when a builder chooses to partner with us, he is assured of a seasoned and select ‘A’ team.”
